Let's Have some fun!

Hey!  I'm Coach Kerr - hockey dad to four great kids, long-time competitive level hockey enjoyer & former OHA/OMHA Ref turned part time youth hockey Assit. Coach for my kids' teams. 

On a car ride home from University back in the day, my Dad (also a Hockey Dad) asked me how I planned to give back to the game after having the privilege of playing most of my youth.  It took turning into a Dad myself to realize the importance of this.   I have a passion for the good ol' game that hasn't let up (I still play Men's League) & getting more kids out on the ice having FUN - the way hockey should feel. 

 With most of us facing extra-curricular shut-downs, my hope is to keep kids motivated to keep moving & practicing whether in a backyard rink, frozen local pond, a community odr or even in your basement or garage (you should see the holes we have from our snipers...💥). We also want to get wee ones going for their first skates this season out there & enjoying it too. Lace up, grab your sticks + safety gear & let's have some family fun this Winter.
